Senior ASIC Verification Engineer (Contract) Role Overview: Join a dynamic team of top-notch engineers specializing in digital signal processing, system design, and software development.
Your primary focus will be to establish and implement verification strategies for system-level and full-chip projects, enhancing methodologies to support cutting-edge System on Chips (SoCs).
Collaborate closely with system architects, RTL designers, and emulation experts to ensure comprehensive verification requirements are met.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred. 5-12 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM. Solid understanding of VLSI principles and SoC architecture. Experience in developing and testing test benches for peripheral devices (UARTs, SPI) and CPU functionality (interrupts, communication). Ability to debug modem PHY (WiFi-like) and address packet processing simulation failures at the RTL and netlist level. Familiarity with writing UVM register/memory tests. Strong work ethic and ambition. Excellent interpersonal skills. Nice to Have: Proficiency in C++ and experience with C coding (less emphasis on C programming). Experience in Ethernet and packet processing. Proven experience in creating layered and reusable verification testbench infrastructures. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python.
