Business Solutions Analyst - EPT ID 2024-4870 Department Information Technology Position Type Regular Location US-MN-Eagan Job Overview The EPT tech leadership team is seeking to fill several roles in the following process areas, with a focus on key level 1 capabilities: Record to Report (R2R) - Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Plan to Schedule (P2S) - General Ledger, Fixed Assets, KPIs and Reporting, AR/AP Build to Deliver (B2D) - Production Management, Manufacturing Quality, Asset Management, Warehousing, Logistics Management, Transportation Planning Position Overview The EPT Sr. Business Solutions Analyst role at Marvin is central to our Enterprise Platform Transformation (EPT) initiative and is focused on partnering with key stakeholders in one of the above process areas- during global design and ERP implementation.
Additionally, this role is a critical partner long-term for the process area teams.
Leveraging Microsoft D365 technology, you will partner with the Senior Solution Architect and Business Analysts to develop future state business processes and build practical, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions that enable Marvin's future business operating model.
These efforts aim to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and yield key business insights.
A strategic mindset and ERP expertise, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, are vital.
This role will also partner with IT leadership and stakeholders in other process domains -Plan to Schedule (P2S), Configure to Cash (C2C) and Build to Deliver (B2D), Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (R2R) - to ensure end-toend enterprise process flows produce effective solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Highlights of your role Engage and Partner with Business: Work closely with business partners and BAs to understand needs and challenges to develop effective Dynamics-based solutions and achieve targeted business outcomes.
Solution Delivery: Work in close collaboration with the Senior Solution Architect and Business Analysts to ensure the successful realization of solutions.
Play a key role in shaping the capability roadmap, steering the progression of the solution with strategic objectives.
This role may encompass MSD system configuration to meet specific solution requirements.
Assist with the development of test scripts, test plans and activation with key stakeholders.
Develop configuration documentation for the technology team and onboarding documentation for the front-end business users.
Assist in data governance and data migration activities as needed.
MSD Experience: Strongly preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and/or implementing MSD.
ERP Implementation: Must have extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.

Solution Comparison: Evaluate solution alternatives across both technical and business parameters to support feasibility, viability, and desirability requirements.

Monitor IT and analytic activities that impact these KPIs.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry best practices and advanced analytic technologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with and influence a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Relationship Development: Ability to form and foster relationships built on trust, transparency and respect.
Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and overseeing projects of varying sizes in a cross-functional environment.
Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and agile in a dynamic environment.
Professionalism: High degree of professionalism with project management expertise, utilizing best practice methodologies like Agile or Waterfall to foster progress through teamwork and collaboration.
Initiative: Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently, taking charge quickly, and making an immediate positive impact.
Technical Skills Business Acumen: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Execution as well as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Low-Code Development: Experience building low code applications, ideally using Microsoft Power Platform.
Business Intelligence: Advanced understanding of business intelligence techniques and technologies.
Knowledge of logical and database programming languages is desired, with PL/SQL or SQL data query experience strongly preferred.
Also want to make sure you have Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 7-10 years' experience in leading and delivering end-to-end solutions using cloud-based technologies.
Experience implementing ERP platforms; experience going through a digital transformation a significant bonus.
3-5 years leading a team of analysts, solution architects or developers and working collaboratively with the business to deliver success.
