This pivotal role will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision making and assessing the success of our initiatives.


As the Sr. Data and Financial Analyst (Position Number S74310), your responsibilities will include:
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain data systems, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into faculty, department, and college performance.

• Financial Analysis: Create financial models, projections, and forecasts to support budget planning and decision-making.

• Data Governance: Ensure complex data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.

• Reporting and Analytics: Design and build comprehensive reports with complex logic and multiple data sources for accreditation, budget requests, and other key College initiatives.
Create data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.


To excel in this role, you must possess:
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Math, Business, Finance, Statistics or a related degree; Master's Degree in Statistics, Business, Accounting, Math preferred
•Five to eight years of related work experience
•Experience with Financial modeling, data analysis, banner financial experience, Tableau, Excel (Expert proficiency), SQL, Academic Analytics (preferred), LIRA
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $65,290-$79,430.
The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
