Job Description - Sr Dir Clinical Operations - USFTGP UMSA Clinical Ops (2400049I) Description The Senior Director of Ambulatory Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of ambulatory clinics within USFTGP. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of ambulatory clinics, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the academic medical practice.
Qualifications Master's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, Nursing or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, preferably within an academic medical center.Strong knowledge of ambulatory clinic operations, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive organizational change and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
