The Sr. IT Data Engineer will solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation through data. As a key leader in Information Technology, you will leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and business outcomes, using current data technologies and programming languages to drive solutions. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data ecosystem. You will leverage deep technical expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights, driving data-driven decision-making and delivering value to our organization. They possess a deep understanding of data engineering principles and methodologies, coupled with extensive experience in designing and implementing robust data infrastructure. They excel in optimizing data and ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources into readily available stores for the business. They are experienced in implementing data quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and reliability of operational data for informed decision-making and process optimization. With strong collaboration skills, they interface with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.

A four (4) year college or university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Mathematics, Statistics, or Science-related field a plus.5 years of experience in enterprise level data management.Deep technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of data engineering including data management, analytics, data governance, data architecture, and data modeling.Experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and various other Microsoft Data Analytics tools.Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management.Experience in Microsoft Data Analytics Technologies, Linux configuration, Oracle Database, SQL database, Perl, Python, R, or similar data-related technologies.Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to think strategically and drive data initiatives forward.OUR OFFER:

Annual Pay Range: $137,658.00 - $206,333.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
