Duties to include communicating with, and gathering documentation from, customers and reviewing income, credit, assets appraisal, and title work for accuracy and completeness. Requires consistent communication with customers, Lennar associates and other departments. #· A career with purpose.· A career built on making dreams come true.· A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team Process and close loan applications from initial set-up through fundingObtain loan income, asset & credit approvals within 30 days of purchase agreement dateEnsure all conditions and requirements of underwriting and investors have been metRequest, review, and analyze collected documents from borrowers and compare to underwriting requirements in order to fulfill conditionsMaintain a pipeline of loans with an emphasis on customer service, quality, accuracy and efficiencyLearn and maintain knowledge of different loan programsMaintain status and information within processing software systemObtain the purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and final sales price confirmation to order the appraisal for all purchasesKeep current with investor and internal guideline changesMaintain continued, effective communication with borrowers, escrow/title, sales agents and Loan OfficersMaintain communication with the borrowers with reference to "needs items" and/or approval conditions to meet the Regulation B notification requirementEnsure loan is prepared for closing by having all title work and HOI in file and reviewedProficiency in handing confidential information and documentsRequirements At least 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Loan ProcessorCurrent knowledge of closing and title requirements Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwritingEncompass experience is preferredExcellent customer service skillsProficient with Microsoft SuiteBilingual English/Spanish preferredGeneral Overview of Compensation:The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $28.85-$30.29/hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
