This includes position approval through hand off to interview. This work includes leading, interacting and strategy of the 5-year recruitment rolling recruitment plan as it relates sourcing, branding and management of potential candidates introduced and tracked for Essentia Health.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing strategy development and deployment Supports development of sourcing strategy and associated KPIsLeads deployment of strategy including coordination with third-party applications, external parties, PPS staff, and clinical leadershipMonitors and facilitates achievement of sourcing KPIsOversee NHSC and Immigration programmingOversees recruitment experienceLead standard approach and programming to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment journeyIdentifies measures of success, leads continuous improvementDevelops provider FTE and recruitment plansResponsible for leading the approach, integration of department plans, assessment, and reconciliationAligns with long-range financial planning and integrates market demandsRequires collaboration with finance, strategy & business development, and market leadership.Leads workforce development strategyStays apprised of opportunities, engages, and supports the Physician and APP workforce into opportunities to grow and develop the recruiting pipeline with Medical School partnersProvides People LeadershipEducational Requirements:Bachelor of Arts or Science in healthcare, marketing, or business fieldRequired Qualifications:5 years related experienceExperience in healthcare, recruiting or marketing fieldPreferred Qualifications:Master of Business Administration desired but not required5 years' experience in related field with 3-5 years of leadership experienceLeading teams in a recruitment or competitive environmentExperience in financial analytics, contract management, branding/marketing; social media useJob Location: 32nd Avenue BuildingShift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)Shift Start/End: /Hours Per Pay Period:Compensation Range:Union:FTE: 1Weekends:Call Obligations:Sign On Bonus:
