Responsibilities
• Operate heavy machinery to produce food-packaging products• Maintain equipment and follow production schedules• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery• Serve as a subject matter expert and assist with training• Conduct quality and safety audits• Act as Team Lead and manage labor• Adhere to process standards and troubleshoot issues• Utilize LEAN tools to improve equipment efficiency
Requirements
• 2 years' experience in a fast-paced production environment• Mechanical knowledge of industrial systems• Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heavy machinery• Previous leadership experience preferred• Basic computer skills required• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
