What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Direct supervision of a management team and personnel staffing schedule development
Leading performance of base checks and coordination with internal customer groups
Acting as the primary liaison with airframe suppliers, overseeing quality, performance, and financial aspects
Balancing financial invoices, adjusting budget standards, and pursuing cost-saving opportunities
Providing overall performance metric updates on a recurring basis

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent aviation experience
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
Minimum of 7 years overall aviation confirmed experience; minimum of 3 years supervisory or project management experience in aviation-related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
