Sr. Product Operations Manager (REMOTE)
Position Overview:
Bloom Insurance, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Product Operations Manager to ensure successful execution of Bloom's multi-channel campaigns. In this role, the Product Ops Manager oversees all aspects of multi-channel outreach programs, from creating initial contact strategies to ensuring flawless execution, and reporting campaign operations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, operationally skilled, and highly analytical.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
Act as a program manager for large programs.
Client-facing program leader capable of running meetings in multiple workstreams including data, operations, marketing operations, strategic governance.
Develop/evolve comprehensive strategies for multi-channel campaigns specific to assigned programs.
Define campaign goals, target audience analysis, and channel selection.
Selecting and managing the operational efficiency of various channels and recommending change of course as indicated by outcomes.
Create channel-specific content, optimize campaigns for each channel, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels; collaborating with content creators to create engaging and impactful content for each channel.
Create detailed campaign plans, setting timelines, and coordinating the execution of campaigns across multiple channels in compliance with operational and financial goals of a campaign/program.
Develop targeted messaging for different channels, ensuring consistency with the overall campaign strategy.
Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders involved in the campaign, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining alignment and timeline adherence across all channels and activities.
Conduct UAT and A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to refine targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
Improve campaign performance based on data insights and lessons learned.
Generate regular reports and present campaign performance to stakeholders, including management, clients, or internal teams.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree information technology, cybersecurity, MIS or a related field or a minimum of four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of marketing, operations, or program management (or combination thereof) experience.
CMS Stars program experience within a health plan or vendor serving a health plan a must.
Experience with the HRA Stars metrics specifically is highly desirable.
Project management experience is a plus.
Multi-channel consumer direct response experience desirable.
Call Center operations experience desirable.
Required Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Travel Requirements
Up to 5% of the time
