Responsibilities:Lead substation P&C projects, collaborating with internal multidiscipline teams, from full scope estimating and proposals, through detailed design and equipment procurement, to commissioning support and construction support for energization.Review and produce P&C design drawings, including Relaying/Functional One-Lines, three-lines, AC/DC Schematics, Panel Views, BOM, Wiring Diagrams, and Station Communication & Alarm Diagrams.Review and perform studies and calculations to properly design substation P&C schemes, including battery bank sizing calculations, wire/cable ampacity, as well as AC & DC load centers.Perform detailed quality reviews (QA/QC) in accordance with established quality procedures and provide PE stamping for projects as required on projects and assist in the development of additional Professional Engineers within the team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent.Professional Engineer licensure and ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states.6-10+ years of substation P&C engineering experience related to electrical power substation design for Coops, Municipalities, and/or IOUs.Knowledge of IEEE standards as related to P&C design.Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.Experience up to 345kV is a plus.Experience with ASPEN/CAPE is a plus.Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% when needed within the continental U.S.Who We Are: ENTRUST Solutions Group, an ENR Top 100 company, is a community of people, 3,000+ strong, who are committed to our clients and each other.
