Staging & Configuration Analyst

The Staging & Configuration Analyst performs a wide variety of tasks related to our Technology Solution Center including staging & configuration, depot repair and other technical hardware assembly functions.
Responsible for the proper and accurate configuration of IT Hardware and meeting production goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: § Updating status of devices in various software systems
§ Device handling such as unboxing, connecting, powering, labeling, and recording information
§ Coordinate with Customers, Team members and Engineers to troubleshoot and improve staging and configuration processes.
§ Perform repairs, RMA & OBF processes for customer, supplier, manufacturers.
§ Install components into PC's, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
§ Assemble and kit Racks, Backboards, and other equipment.
§ Load images, configurations and firmware onto PC's, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.
§ Provide back-up support to other roles within the team, through cross-functional training and ongoing updates in that area.

Education and Experience
§ High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, military experience, or college desired.
§ Excellent computer and communication skills.
§ Microsoft, or Other Office Suite Software.
