Sterling Bbi Production Specialist

Position: Sterling B2Bi Production Specialist Location: 100% remote Visa: USC or GC Interview: Video Exp Level: 13+ years Responsibilities:
To lead the flow of production system and process; to ensure production application and processes are executed as designed.
Research and resolve complex technical problems or data discrepancies reported by client.
Responsible for maintaining and upgrading corporate systems.
Act as client support by identifying and responding to technical and non-technical issues or questions from internal and external customers.
Gather data for the client documenting the overall system and how it works.
Work with development staff on creating and implementing production schedules.
Review and maintain updated user documentation as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support the organization's quality program(s).



Requirements:
High School Graduate/GED.
4 years' experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM.
2 years' experience working out of a ticket queue with defined SLAs.
Ability to maintain scheduled jobs in high data flow environment.
Knowledge of file encryption software (PGP & GPG).
Ability to work effectively in a high-change environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
Analytical and interpretive skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.



Preferred:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years' with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM required. Two (2) years' experience with Tidal TWA application experience.
Two (2) years' AIX, Linux Server, and SFTP Server experience and two (2) years' experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services.
Two (2) years customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment.
2 years' experience with Tidal TWA.
2 years' experience with Progress Messageway.
2 years' experience UNIX/Linux administration/navigational knowledge.
2 years' experience UNIX SFTP and FTP server administration.
1 years' experience with SQL queries in Oracle and MS SQL.
