We'd love to hear from people with:
3 years retail / customer service management experience or4+ years of US Military service

Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Minimum High School or GED

Requirements:
Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE,NDor RI, you willaccruevacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states,you will be granted vacation time starting at120 hoursannuallyfor roles below director and200 hoursannuallyfor roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
