Hourly rate ranges from $22.28 - $22.48 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store.Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.Control expenses and manage shrink.Handle merchandising and inventory control.Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.Minimum Requirements:Minimum age requirement is 21.Must have a flexible schedule.Prior retail management experience is required.Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
