Instawork, a digital marketplace that connects local businesses with skilled hourly professionals across the U.S., is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, with a proven track record of success to join our Stadium team. Reporting to the Director of Sports & Entertainment, this role serves as a critical member of the Account Management team and is responsible for ensuring the success of our large venue partners. This role requires great relationship skills and the ability to provide a high level of service to our top partners. This is a results-driven position that requires both customer service and technical ability.
As a member of the Stadium Team you will work with some of the most strategic accounts within the Sports & Entertainment vertical.
What You'll Do
Maintain high partner retention and satisfaction by providing excellent support and an unwavering willingness to assist our top partners with any concerns they may haveMeet and exceed your growth goals through forging relationships with key decision-makers within target top partners resulting in securing new business and growing overall partner revenueManage to generate orders, ensuring high fill rates and successful staffing focus on keeping partners happy and growing our share of wallet with that partnerManage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)Stay up-to-date on our top partners business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadershipComplete formal executive-level QBRs, highlighting performance and establishing clear commitments on the strategic account planning process with your partners, focused on satisfaction and growthContinuously escalate partner feedback to correct internal business stakeholders to improve overall partner experience with Instawork product Who You Are
5-7 years of industry experience in hospitality, large events, or sports & entertainment categoriesYou are a results-driven person that knows how to cultivate and maintain a strong professional relationship with your top partnersProven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews, takes ownership of problems, and proactively seeks timely resolutionYou work well with others in the organization to provide feedback and help create an environment of successStrategic and creative thinking enables you to not only understand industry and customer trends but apply those insights to deliver strong business resultsAn entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing the business and solving problemsExcellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutionsAbility to travel (approximately 10-33% of your time) to visit different partners in person within state(s) you supportWill require some work on weekends depending on customer need/event schedulesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and experience managing large projects.
