Meet the teamYou'll be part of Homa's Tech Gen-AI team, a group of 3 AI-enthusiasts dedicated to revolutionizing AI at Homa.
Your primary mission within this team will be to take ownership of AI projects from inception to execution. This involves advancing existing projects and spearheading the creation of new ones to drive transformative changes and elevate our Gen-AI initiatives to new heights of success. This role offers a comprehensive 360-degree view of our mobile gaming business, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on the business.

As a key player, you'll collaborate directly with the C-Suite and stakeholders to strategize and execute a diverse range of projects that push boundaries and redefine possibilities in AI.
Tech Gen-AI Project Leadership: Manage the Tech Gen-AI project backlogCollaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver key Gen-AI initiativesEnsure seamless integration of developed tools into business processes for tangible business impactScaling Non-Tech Gen-AI Solutions: Deploy and enhance business processes with Gen-AI capabilities using no-code, low-code, and third-party solutionsIncrease the adoption and impact of these solutions across the organizationGen-AI Strategic Planning: Frame a comprehensive one-year backlog of technical and non-technical projects aligned with business goalsRegularly report progress to the team, company, and C-level executivesSupport for Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Strategic Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives that expand innovation beyond Gen-AI boundariesThis role isn't just about managing projects; it's about pioneering the future of AI in mobile gaming, working alongside a passionate team that values ambition, curiosity, humility, and a relentless drive for excellence. Preferred Experience — What's your profileWe are looking for a creative initiative taker passionate about leading Gen-AI initiatives, with a strong track record of leading impactful projects, deep enthusiasm for AI, along with a solid grasp of technology.
Curiosity to explore and research AI applications within our business context. A track record of practical experience in AI technologies is a plus.Hands-on Project Management experience within tech, gaming, or strategy sectors, from ideation to execution.Strong grasp of engineering principles with the ability to understand complex technical processes. Basic coding skills, especially full-stack experience, are highly valued.Knowledge of mobile gaming technologies and processes.Ability to work autonomously with adaptability, resilience, and a drive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.Ambitious mindset, innovative thinking, motivated by taking initiative, driving impact, and improving processes.This role is based at our Paris office and requires onsite presence.If you recognize yourself in the description, you might be the perfect fit!
