Student Employee

Position Summary: The Federal Work Study Program allows students to seek on-campus employment opportunities.  Students must be Federal Work Study eligible to be considered, and job opportunities will be dependent on job availability within campus departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Available Openings: Lab Maintenance:Cleaning the laboratory areaOrganizing parts and tools Assists with the repair of equipmentRecycling Assistant:Collects recycling and cardboard from various locations around campus and takes them to a central location for disposalOther duties as assigned Other Skills and Abilities: Willingness to learnPositive attitudeBasic customer service skillsDependableAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to follow instructionsAbility to learn new processes Required Education and/or Work Experience: Must be a Terra State Community College student enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours and have a minimum of 2.0 GPA.Must have completed the FAFSA application.
