Purpose within the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to assist and represent the CCOB professionally at the front desk with administrative duties and greeting guests.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose: Represent CCOB professionally at the front desk Answer all incoming phone calls and direct appropriately Maintain cleanliness of classrooms/kitchen/building Make coffee Lock/unlock doors throughout the building Distribute mail Troubleshoot printers and copiers Work on various projects assigned by faculty and staff Filing and organizing Schedule rooms for events and meetings on behalf of faculty and staff Schedule IT and AV requests when necessary Schedule conference calls Coordinate and assist in planning CCOB events Assist faculty with research Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, etc.
Duties as assigned Potential Summer Availability Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PPT, and Excel.
Ability to follow direction and work independently (and in teams when necessary) Proactive in finding things to do.
Must possess a high level of critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Ability to dress and act in a professional manner at all times.
Exhibit a cheerful and friendly demeanor at the front desk while assisting faculty, staff and guests.
This individual must be punctual, poised, cheerful and respectful.
Previous office experience is preferred Education:

Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment: Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in Bachelor's program or Master's program.
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
