This U.S. program offers undergraduate Freshman-Seniors, the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague.
With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division's goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer.
The 2025 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024.

Digital role responsibilities may include, (but are not limited to):??
Capture and analyzing data from new and novel data sources? Mining massive amounts of real-world healthcare, research, and business data to extract useful insights?? Assist in the development and execution of our EDGE leadership programs and AI Academy learning events Work with cross functional teams / vendors to assess software and capabilities that will address accessibility barriers?? Assist in designing and executing predictive modeling projects using rigorous statistical?methods and machine learning techniques? Design new visualizations to make descriptive analyses intuitive and more informative for additional modeling? Work on backend data and software engineering to build scalable solutions/algorithms, data pipelines, and helping to automate data processing challenges? Minimum QualificationsBe immediately authorized to work in the U.S.
This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week.

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting.
The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
