Superintendent - Construction

Position Overview: The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and on-time. The Superintendent will also be responsible for overseeing the quality of the construction process and ensuring safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budget, scheduling, and progress Develop and maintain construction schedules and ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget Oversee the quality of the construction process and ensure safety standards are followed Manage personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes Monitor all construction activities to ensure they are compliant with plan specifications and design standards Troubleshoot and resolve any construction issues that may arise Provide regular updates to project stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations Experience with road construction and/or cement Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent communication and problem solving skills Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
