Description Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met Ability to predict and overcome project challenges Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work Maintain OSHA requirements Mentor less experienced construction professionals Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors Utilize Procore Travel required Profile Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience Light industrial, distribution, PEMB, warehouse or similar type projects highly preferred!
