THE ROLE At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Supervisor, you will support the management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store's Management Team and be responsible for maintaining the standards and results within your department. You will lead by example, drive sales and KPI's, coach and develop your team and upkeep the visual standards, ensuring your department is replenished at all times.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every timeCoach team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environmentDrive conversion, sales and KPI performanceWork with BOH team to deliver shop floor product availabilityUphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellenceSupport management team to improve financial performance within your departmentSupport management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processesSupport with new team member role Inductions and on-going team trainingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 years of experience within retail or like industryYou are passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for our customersYou have a positive attitude, with capacity to create a motivating environment for your teamYou have excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely mannerStrong interpersonal and communication skills, someone who thrives in social situations through engagement with customers and team membersWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
