Summary:

Drive engagement strategies with company selected suppliers on value chain GHG emissions reduction Analyze supplier GHG data, targets, roadmaps and solutions for trends, projections and decision-making Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g.
procurement teams and supplier managers) to deliver timely projects Scale the impact of suppliers and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain GHG emissions reduction Partner with cross functional teams to support the development and execution of new and existing GHG reduction initiatives Effectively communicate program progress internally Support development and implementation of net zero activities in sourcing and engineering processes Ability to travel (10%)

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, environmental science, or related field 3+ years of experience in procurement or operations at a large-scale enterprise.
Expertise in contract negotiations, supplier management, and roadmap development Proven analytical experience to manage complex data, advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.
Project management skills with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proven experience to diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g.
Sustainability, Procurement Teams, Business teams, Engineering) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders

Familiarity with global and sectoral sustainability initiatives.
Understanding of Company products and services.
Proven communication skills.
