Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee the forecast process, including consolidation, analysis, and communication of demand and supply data. Manage order consolidation and ensure accurate reporting and communication throughout the supply chain. Continuously improve data processes and communication strategies to enhance efficiency. Place orders with suppliers and manage logistics for all inbound and outbound activities with the warehouse. Analyze inventory levels and maintain control over approximately 30,000 SKUs, ensuring optimal stock levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support supply chain objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in demand and supply forecasting and inventory management, ideally within the textile sector. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is a plus, as the company plans to transition to this system. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
