We are seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Operations to join and lead a team of supply planners and builders. In this role, you will lead a team that plans, coordinates and manages allocations of commodity components across multiple manufacturers, suppliers and datacenters globally.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
•Lead and manage a team of 5-7 builders
•Understand forecasting, demand planning, material planning, and manufacturing processes to verify supply commitments
•Work with component suppliers and server manufacturers to analyze, reconcile allocation and monitor changes and cancellations
•Participate in requirements gathering
•Understand the supply chain network and work with various analytics and software development teams, driving automation
•Develop analytical and planning tools and dashboards to track metrics, monitor SLAs, and report findings
•Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design
The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, management experience, be comfortable diving deep into data.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's or an advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or additional 4+ years' work experience in supply chain or sourcing or procurement of hardware in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of work experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing or 2+ years with advanced degree
- 2+ years management experience
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc..
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
