Job Description:

Charter Communications is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the telecommunications industry and start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify trends and patterns in customer issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- 1 year of experience in customer service or support role preferred- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems- Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
