Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Specialist to join our team at Applied Materials in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and employees, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, or in person- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team- Document all support interactions and solutions in a detailed and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests simultaneously- Assist in training new employees on support procedures and best practices- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in the industry

Requirements:- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and people management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred- No prior experience required, but a passion for technology and willingness to learn is essential- Must be willing to work part-time hours
