This on-site position will be located in our River Falls, WI office.The RoleManage investment portfolio activities to optimize performance through development of investment policies and strategies, and adjustment based upon market trendsMonitor the quality, liquidity, and profitability of the investment portfolioEnsure compliance with regulatory liquidity, funding, and capital requirements, and all levels are appropriate for economic conditionsAnalyze and manage asset and liability interest rate riskCollaborate as a member of the Pricing Committee to determine and/or adjust deposit interest rates as prudent, and finalize new products or product revisionsConduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for institution improvementEnsure financial statements accurately reflect financial condition of the Bank and Holding Company through management of general accounting functionsParticipate actively with the President & CEO in capital management and planningPrepare and administer all accounting and regulatory reporting including the quarterly CALL reportCollaborate with external accountants to optimize tax positionFormulate and implement the annual budget in collaboration with department managersResearch and purchase the Bank's property and casualty, liability, blanket bond, and director and officers liability insurance with the best carriersCounsel and collaborate with management on fiscal control, profitability, and the strategic direction of the BankLead all finance department activities including staff supervisionParticipate in community and professional activities and events, and network with local business organizations to develop new business opportunities enhancing the desired growth of the BankIs First National Bank of River Falls the Place for You?FNBRF is Committed to You.
