One Therapy Network (ONE) helps therapists open their own therapy practices and run them efficiently. The backbone of the network is our proprietary software solution, Theranet. Theranet is the country's leading practice management suite designed specifically for pediatric therapy practices. Launched in 2018, ONE is already gaining interest from therapy practices around the country. We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team and help drive our business forward. Proven communication skills, problem solving skills and a thorough knowledge of best practices are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meet with community users to improve workflow and usability of Theranet. Identifies and resolves gaps in technology, processes, and resources. Develop custom applications in a "no code" environment using Skuid and Salesforce. Provide end user support as necessary. Analyze data from a variety of sources to provide business insights. Participate in ticket resolution activities for database environments and systems. Desired Experience: Bachelor Degree in technical field or another field with 2 years related work experience Exceptional problem solving, project management and organizational skills Thorough knowledge of server and system administration best practices Experience as database analyst or database development Experience in designing database architecture as part of a software design process. Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to learn business processes and system relationships. Must have superb troubleshooting skills and the ability to be analytical and decisive. Must have the ability to write clear instructions for end users and other members of the team Job Type: Full-time
