WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: TSTC is a fast-growing small business supporting the federal government and we are looking for a Full-Time Systems Analyst for an immediate opportunity. The Systems Analyst will work independently and as part of a cross-functional team comprised of technical experts supporting an established and growing mission. You will need to quickly understand complex technical concepts, make assessments, and articulate your recommendations to the customer. The Systems Analyst should have experience in assessing systems and architectures, decomposition of systems and architectures, and be able to represent these systems and architectures in a visual and written form.

Support the process of building or documenting discovery and automation tools to enable analysis of complex problems utilizing an array of data types and sources.Create enablers and communicate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical concepts and ideas effectively.Plan, coordinate, and manage the systems engineering activities within a project.Provide support to various projects and initiatives following software application development lifecycle processes, and enterprise architecture standards.Participate in architectural forums and architecture development efforts.Provide in depth analysis and findings to identify gaps within systems.   Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, sciences or related field3-5 years of systems engineering experienceTop Secret Security ClearanceProfessional experience working in systems engineering.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Must possess strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Security Clearance and Where You'll WorkApplicants must undergo comprehensive client and corporate background checkCandidates must have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearanceSCI eligible. Work 2 days per week at DHS Headquarters in Washington DC.
