Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding efforts for the company's recent growth.
This position will be Full-Time, Hybrid - 1 Year Contract to Hire with Benefits available!
Key Responsibilities: Post and advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage relationships with staffing agencies and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate level).Familiarity with ATS systems and experience coordinating interviews and onboarding.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment.Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
