About the role As the Talent Acquisition Partner at Weee!, you will be a critical point of contact and a part of the candidate experience as we recruit fellow foodies for our mission! As a Talent Acquisition Partner you'll support our Warehouses and Logistics teams at Weee!
Schedule This is a 3-6 month contract in Fremont, CA. Work schedule is onsite in Fremont, Monday through Friday during regular business hours and the ability to support teams in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities Support and partner closely with Fulfillment Center leadership to expand Operations, Business Development, Logistics, and Delivery for the continued expansion of the business.Partner closely with Regional Operations business leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in delivery and operations hiringLead regional hiring through administering job postings and applicant tracking databases, tracking recruiting data, and coordinating the hiring processesStrategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority rolesServe as the Weee!'s cultural evangelist. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationshipsDraw upon a proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptMeticulously track and maintain up to date and compliant record of candidate pipelines in our ATSImplement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talentReport timely recruiting progress and run reports to share with leadershipQualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred2+ years of sourcing/full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience is preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies. You do not rely on inbound applicants or third party agenciesSelf-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidanceYou can think on your feet but have enough humility to ask questionsInterested in stretching out to cover wider range recruitment projectsCompensation Range The US base salary range for this contract position is $66,560-80,000This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefitsOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and locationThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
