Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KPS, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Your contributions will help shape the future of our workforce and ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about future opportunities at KPS. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance KPS's reputation as an employer of choice. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes. Qualifications A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to help others find their ideal roles. Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn. Strong research skills to identify and engage potential candidates effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. A hardworking and independent mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A cooperative attitude, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
