Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Benchmark, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help us build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.


Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Benchmark as an employer of choice in the industry. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Support onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization. Requirements Experience: We welcome applications from candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions. Personality Traits: We are looking for driven and resourceful individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a difference. Soft Skills: Strong cooperation and communication skills are essential for building relationships with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers. You should be able to articulate our company culture and values effectively. Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools is also beneficial. Benefits
