What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a consultant or HR leader focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational design
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience in organizational design or change management
Knowledge of caregiver experience strategies
