Tax Consultant II/CPA - Remote Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the preparation and review of a variety of tax returns with precision and efficiency, including those for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and more.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to address complex issues, identify planning opportunities, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute tailored tax planning strategies to meet the diverse needs and goals of our clients, covering areas such as income tax, estate tax, and transactional tax matters.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to evaluate tax implications of various financial decisions, providing informed guidance and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering proactive tax advice and solutions to help them achieve financial success and minimize tax risks.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and success within the organization.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and industry trends, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance our tax department's capabilities.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and value-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
