Technical Assistance Agent opportunity working onsite at Automotive OEM in Plano, Texas!
Be a part of a team driven to innovate and transform in order to deliver world-class products and services that provide joy through mobility.
Responsibilities:
* Answering 30-40 inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis
* Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians
* Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues
* Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I.
(once fully trained and working to production standards)
Required Skills:
* 5 years' dealership experience
* Proficiency in MS Office Word
* Diagnostic skills
* Working knowledge of product warranty, policies & procedures
* Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and
* written communication
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
* ASE Master Certification and/or OEM Master Certification preferred
