About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Engineer I to support Cox Business property (Honda Center) in California.
The ideal candidate will design and test network architectures, test and validate code functionality, and resolve outage and trouble conditions on network platforms.
Responsibilities Design and test network architectures
Test and validate code functionality
Assess and define testing strategy and test cases
Assist in equipment evaluations, equipment selection, pilot testing, and network designs
Support deployments of new services, systems, applications, and architectures
Resolve outage and trouble conditions on network platforms
Provide technical operations support and consultation to field technical operations teams
Provide telecommunication solutions

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 4 years' experience in a related field.
Experience solving complex technical and engineering problems and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio is required.
Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Network+, RCDD, CCNA, and CCNP.
Compensation The base salary for this position is $77,700.00 - $115,700.00, with additional compensation possible in the form of an incentive program.
