Technical Sales and Support Manager – Personal Care / Sun Care
Are you passionate about Formulations work? Raw Materials and promoting the technical benefits in Personal and Sun Care products? This role will be the primary technical liaison to the Distribution Partners, giving technical presentations and providing training for the Sales staff that represent the product lines! Work from home and travel about 40%!
Develop the market and sales in the North American market, in line with the growth strategy of the company. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors. Actively contribute to and take a lead in the company's Sales and Marketing strategy and liaise with global technical, regulatory and commercial team members. Develop to become and maintain being a technical and scientific leader in the industry. Help develop the image and brand name for the company.

Positional Responsibilities:
Develop to become a technical and scientific leader in the field of company's technologies and application areas, predominantly UV protection and sun care
Develop, grow and manage the sales of company products in North America through Distribution Channels
Develop and execute Technical and Scientific Marketing strategy for products
Collaborate and build robust relationships with customers at all levels, including VPs, R&D teams, formulators, scientists, marketers and distributors
Provide technical and regulatory support to clients and distributors to support their developments and use of company technologies and products in finished formulation developments
Manage supply and distribution contracts, follow up on deviations and proactively take action to overcome such deviations
Participate in company's innovation and R&D projects
Liaise with the global team members of company and share best practices and experiences
Analyze and gather market intel and information and contribute to defining Global Sales and Marketing strategy
Represent company in Industry Associations and trade shows
Prepare annual budget and follow up reporting
Technical Qualifications:
Master's degree in business, sales, engineering/chemistry, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in technical-commercial and scientific marketing role in Personal Care, preferably with emphasis on sun care. Experience in working with customers on different levels (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.)
Ability to create and deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience
Language skills: fluent in English
IT skills: MS Office, CRM
