Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoots and accurately diagnoses and/or forwards IT related issuesWalks users through the recommended problem-solving stepsService Request Fulfillment: Provides software and hardware products as well as workplace equipment following work instructionsFulfills user and access management requests following work instructionsAnswers and/or forwards technical questions and supports users in all IT technical mattersLearns technical change requests implemented by backend teamsManages assets, stock, and demandTakes care of accurate stock and inventory management and prepares asset demandsExecutes disposals following work instructionsProjects & Improvements: Assists onsite with general IT build-out tasksParticipates in discussions for workplace improvementsLearns differences in best practices for IT service processes and points out ambiguities to improve day-to-day operationsImproves craft as an Engineer and as a professional, seeking to learn from peers, feedback, and observation, as well as from trainings and technical literatureReads and understands step-by-step guides and technical work instructionsThis is a hybrid position (2 days per week) out of Mountain View, CA.
