Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch technical support to both residential and commercial customers. Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate with warmth and professionalism, to understand customer concerns and provide solutions. Strive for excellence in customer service delivery, build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty. Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a call center environment. Proven track record of reliability and commitment in past work experience. Passionate about assisting others, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine willingness to help. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings. Proficient PC keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30wpm. Shift Details: Starting pay $16 to $18 per hour. 2nd shift, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including at least one weekend day and holidays. Contract-to-hire, 3-6 months- Permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
