A Day in the Life: What You'll Do Bring end-to-end visibility and predictive analytics to our Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment capabilities by leading a BI team. Responsibilities include:
Leading a delivery team of program and project managers, data engineers, visualization engineers, data scientists, and QA/test automation engineers.Partnering with the Enterprise Data platform team to drive adoption of modern data trends.Collaborating with managers and C Suite leaders across technology, business, and product teams.Managing portfolio health and financials (CapEx, OpEx), workforce strategy, planning, hiring, and onboarding.Supervising a team responsible for transforming the Global Supply Chain and Fulfillment data and analytics Technology roadmap.Telecommuting permitted up to one day per week within the same geographic location as assigned office location. Up to 10% domestic travel required. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science, or related field plus eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in information technology.
Must have:
8 years of experience on analytics and business intelligence initiatives.5 years of experience with cloud BI technology stacks.5 years of experience in 5 of the following (which may be gained concurrently):Amazon EMR, Amazon RDS (Mysql, Postgres, SQL), Data Models, Spark, and Python.Experience in building microservices using Java & Spring Boot.Snowflake.Scala, Airflow, or Kafka.Gitlab and Github.Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.Must have:

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4 days per week depending on role requirements.
Additional Notes Authorization to work in the USA is required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $206,725.00 – $226,725.00 annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
