Telehealth Nurse

Great Nursing Opportunity in STL! Job Description: Telephonic nurse duties, no face to face patient interaction
Will work on a team of 4 Call Center Nurses + 1 supervisor
Calls come through the computer system
Will engage the patient, and take questions
Will use schedules and charts to pass calls through to the appropriate places
Ability to refill or continue certain medications per doctor's instructions
Difficult calls may include behavioral health calls or mental health related. Must exercise patience and stay on the phone with them until deescalated
****Can work remote after 6 months**** Qualifications: RN or LPN with MO License
