What You'll be Doing Work alongside our director of sales to help develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. Identify and prospect SMB and midsize restaurants and retailers, targeting businesses that can benefit from TapMango's loyalty software. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and presenting customized solutions. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development. About You and What You Bring Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B field sales. Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to generate leads and build a robust pipeline. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
