Test Analyst - Qm Coe : Api Automation Tester

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned API Automation Tester with extensive experience in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using modern API automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, or RestSharp, along with excellent programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#. You will work in close collaboration with the development team to ensure quality standards are met in every release, with exposure to event-driven architectures and Kafka as an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute API automation scripts using Karate Framework.Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand business requirements.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API automation frameworks.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.Required Skills:5-8 years of experience in API automation testing.Hands-on experience with API automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, RestSharp, or similar.Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Experience in cloud-based API testing is a plus.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
