Position Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our technical team.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting a wide range of electronic equipment, components, and parts critical to our advanced communication systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards and are ready for deployment in the most demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, including printed circuit boards (PCB) and assemblies, to identify and rectify issues.Process Control & System Evaluation: Investigate and resolve issues related to process control, as well as sub-system and full-system evaluation, offering effective solutions to enhance system performance.PCB Repair & Documentation: Analyze and repair broken PCBs, creating detailed documentation for the testing and assembly processes.Product Reporting & Maintenance: Compile comprehensive product reports, maintain testing equipment in optimal condition, and perform multipoint safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.Advanced Testing Equipment Operation: Operate and manage thermal, vibration, and vacuum systems, as well as other specialized electronic test equipment, to rigorously evaluate product performance.
Qualifications:Experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment and components.Strong skills in PCB repair and maintenance.Knowledge of process control, instrumentation, and advanced system evaluation techniques.Proficiency in using thermal, vibration, and vacuum systems for product testing.Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
