We are looking for Product Lead to join our TikTok Shopping team. As a product lead, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and provider our target users/clients with product solution.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of e-commerce platform and business, and the ability to understand the new business models.
• Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8 years work experience with the e-commerce industry, and 3+ years team management experience.
• Experience as a product manager or product developer.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.

Job Information:
?For Pay Transparency?Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $143000 - $499200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
