13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours/weekly guaranteed The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION Experience: Must have 3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience; Licenses Certifications and Registration: Current valid TN State RN licensure required BLS/BCLS certificate required EMR System: EPIC experience desired
Shift: Nights 7 pm 7 am; 36/48 schedule
Additional Shift information: The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in the census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
Orientation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation are required . General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. Must complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
Radius Rule: The travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospitals service area. Please include the profile skills checklist and the following items: 1. Travelers Policy: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty
