Title: Tool & Die Maker - Precision Metal Stamping
Location: Buffalo, NY 14219
Pay: $30 - $45 / Hour + Overtime + RELOCATION $$
Founded in 1984 we are a 70 employee manufacturer of precision metal stamping, stator & rotor assemblies for the power generation, automotive and heavy industrial markets.  We do everything from being an OEM to handling repairs, rebuilds and end-user value services.  Over the past 2 years our headcount has increased 20% and we've gained significant market share in the space.  Working hours for this role would be 7am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri and you'll be on a team comprised of a working supervisor, another toolmaker and 2 machinists.  This position will be responsible for developing new dies in accordance w/ customer specifications along w/ repair, service & troubleshooting of current systems. What You Will Be Doing Assemble new dies based on job specs Setup & operate machine shop equipment incl: CNC & conventional machines Determine machine settings & processes to meet customer specs Train machinists on job processes Provide direction to machine operators on die setup & draw design prints Troubleshoot & repair machinery while communicating status w/ supervisor What You Need for this Position 5+ years of experience as a tool & die maker dealing with electrical components, stamping, die work and stamp presses Ability to train / supervisor machine operators Familiarity with technical drawings & documentation Experience in power generation, automotive & heavy industrial markets is ideal What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching, Relocation $$) and more!
